TAM86048 PS-48 Semi-Gloss Silver Lexan Spray Paint (100ml)

This polycarbonate spray paint produces a semi-gloss silver finish with an anodized aluminum appearance for transparent Lexan and polycarbonate R/C body shells. PS-48 is designed to create a realistic hard-metal look that works especially well for recreating anodized aluminum components and custom racing finishes. The paint is applied to the inside of the clear body shell, helping protect the finished color while maintaining a smooth exterior surface. For a deeper and more substantial metallic appearance, Tamiya recommends applying PS-5 Black as a backing coat after the PS-48 has cured. Each can contains 100ml, which is an appropriate amount for finishing one complete model body. The paint is resistant to oil and fuel, making it suitable for glow-engine R/C bodies as well as electric models.
