New Sun Racing Return & Claims Policy

Standard Return
Policy

We accept returns of new and unused products for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. In rare circumstances, we may apply a 15% restocking fee for returns requiring exceptional handling or repackaging.

· Items must be in original condition and
packaging.

· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We understand that sometimes life happens, if you are outside the 14-day window, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee approval, we will do our best to find a fair solution.

Damaged Package Claims

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

·We may request that the damaged item(s) be shipped back for verification.

·Photos of the packaging and damaged products are often required to help us process claims quickly.

·Once reviewed, we will work to provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund.

Lost Package Claims

If you believe your package is lost, contact us as soon as possible. All orders shipped by New Sun Racing are insured for the full purchase value.

· If confirmed lost, we will replace the package, issue store credit, or refund the order in full.

Defective Merchandise Policy

If you receive a defective item, contact our Customer Service team immediately by phone or email.

·In most cases, we can process manufacturer warranties in-house.

·Sometimes the manufacturer or supplier may handle the claim directly.

·If a manufacturer’s resolution does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will assist you further.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns on items found to be free of defects.

Terms & Conditions

·We accept orders from both domestic and
international customers.

·We cannot accept returns for products containing fuel, lithium polymer batteries, or other hazardous materials.

·All returned items must be packaged to prevent damage during shipping. New Sun Racing is not responsible for shipping damage or for packages lost in transit when being returned. We recommend insuring all return shipments
and using carriers with tracking.

·Warranties apply only as described by the product manufacturer and require proof of purchase.

·Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of the manufacturer or New Sun Racing.

·Collateral damage is not covered by any manufacturer warranty.

·When applicable, customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, duties, and taxes related to product service or shipment.

Additional Notes

·Rewards points used toward a purchase are non-refundable.

·If you refuse delivery of your order, we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee and the return
shipping charge billed by the carrier.

·For damaged deliveries, we may require photos of the packaging and items for inspection.

·Discounts or coupon codes used on your order will be applied proportionally to returned items. If you have questions about how a discount is applied to a return, contact Customer Service.
