TAM56356 Grand Hauler - Matte Black Edition

This 1/14 scale Grand Hauler Matte Black Edition recreates a large, customized North American-style semi tractor with an aggressive blacked-out appearance. The body and key exterior components are molded in black, pre-painted with Tamiya TS-40 Metallic Black, and finished with a matte urethane top coat for a distinctive low-gloss appearance. A rugged ladder-frame chassis uses aluminum side channels and resin cross members, while metal leaf springs and friction dampers provide realistic suspension movement. A front-mounted 540-size brushed motor powers the two rear axles through a three-speed transmission, with built-in differentials allowing smoother cornering. Numerous metal-plated components, including the grille, bumpers, mirrors, air cleaners, and roof accessories, add impressive scale detail. The included coupler allows the truck to connect with Tamiya 1/14 scale semi-trailers, while the separately sold Multi-Function Control Unit can add realistic lighting, sounds, and vibration.
