Castle wire is considered some of the highest-quality wire available in the RC hobby and is the same type used on Castle Creations ESCs and motors.

It features high strand-count, silicone-coated copper conductors, which are important in high-power electric setups. This design results in lower resistance compared to solid copper of the same diameter, helping transfer more power from the battery to the motor with less energy lost as heat.

In sensorless brushless systems, very low resistance wiring is also important for accurate ESC detection of back EMF signals, which helps ensure smooth and reliable motor starts.

The wire’s ultra-high strand count and flexible silicone insulation make it very pliable, reducing the risk of stiffness, fatigue, and breakage over time.

Castle wire is available in 24", 36", or 60" lengths depending on gauge, and comes in red and black.
