Extreme Heavy Duty Suspension
The Slash® VXL comes equipped with factory-installed Extreme Heavy Duty components including axle carriers, caster blocks, and steering blocks—all reinforced with extra material for maximum strength. Paired with HD suspension arms molded from Traxxas’ toughest composite material, this is the most durable suspension system ever fitted to a 2WD Slash, built to withstand the harshest racing and bashing conditions.

Clipless Body Mounting
The Slash VXL features a secure clipless body mounting system that stays firmly in place through the roughest racing conditions. Heavy-duty latches provide a tight grip while allowing quick, tool-free removal for fast battery changes in the pits. This innovative hidden latch design replaces traditional body clips with reinforced panels, preserving body strength and preventing pull-through damage.
