HRTRXF12CH01 - Heavy 70g Brass Differential Cover TRA TRX-4

This machined solid brass differential cover is designed as a direct upgrade for the front or rear axle of 1/10 scale Traxxas TRX‑4 crawlers. The heavy brass construction adds about 70 g of mass low and centralized on the axle housing, which lowers the vehicle’s center of gravity to improve stability and grip during crawling and technical maneuvers. Brass’s high density and thermal mass also help dampen vibration and add unsprung weight without significantly increasing overall rig weight. The cover has increased thickness compared to the stock plastic unit for added toughness, and a scale‑looking functional drain plug screw enhances visual realism. Because the thicker housing may interfere with the stock steering tie rod on the front diff, slight modification of the steering rod or use of an offset tie rod is recommended for front installation. The cover measures approximately 38 mm wide and 35 mm high.
