New Sun Racing VIP Rewards Program – FAQ

Membership

All New Sun Racing VIP members are eligible to earn rewards points on qualifying purchases. Points are awarded only to customers; New Sun Racing employees and team members are not eligible.

Earn Points

As a New Sun Racing VIP member, you earn at least 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying products (see Non-Qualifying Items below).

Points become vested and available for use approximately 30 days after your purchase date. Point totals are based on the dollar amount spent at checkout on qualifying items and your VIP tier.

If items from an order are returned, the points earned from those items will be deducted from your account. Points are non-transferable. Additional exclusions or limitations may apply.

Get Rewards

For every 500 points, you earn a $5 store credit that can be used toward future purchases of qualifying items.

Once these points are vested (about 180 days after purchase), they can be manually redeemed from your New Sun Racing account. Store credits:

• May be used on new purchases only
  
• Cannot exceed the subtotal of an order (before tax)
  
• Can typically be combined with most discounts or promotions
  

Important: Store credits issued from redeemed points expire 180 days from the date they are issued. Credits used on an order are non-refundable, even if products are returned.

Points Value by VIP Tier

• VIP Basic: 1 point per $1 spent
  
• VIP Silver: 1.25 points per $1 spent
  
• VIP Gold: 1.5 points per $1 spent
  
• VIP Platinum: 2 points per $1 spent
  

Non-Qualifying Items

Points cannot be earned on the following:

• Gift card purchases
  
• Instant discounts or coupon deductions
  
• Sales tax, state fees, or regulatory fees
  
• Shipping or delivery charges
  
• Restocking fees
  
• Commercial or resale purchases
  
• Any products excluded by specific promotions
  
• Other restrictions may apply
  

Store credits cannot be used toward:

• Prior purchases
  
• Gift card purchases
  
• Items bought for resale or commercial use
  
• Sales tax, state fees, shipping, or delivery charges
  
• Restocking fees
  
• Other restrictions may apply
  

Points Expiration

• VIP Basic & VIP Silver: Points expire 180 days from the date they are earned
  
• VIP Gold & VIP Platinum: Points expire 365 days from the date they are earned
  
• Store credits: Expire 180 days after redemption
