The Castle Creations 1515 V2 Sensored 4-Pole Brushless Motor (2200kV) is a high-performance brushless motor engineered for demanding 1/8 scale buggies, truggies, on-road vehicles, and 1/10 scale monster trucks weighing up to 15 pounds. The redesigned V2 version features completely updated rotor and stator assemblies that improve magnetic flux for increased efficiency, smoother startup behavior, reduced operating temperatures, and longer run times. Built with a powerful 4-pole 12-slot design, the motor delivers exceptional torque, rapid throttle response, and precise low-speed control while supporting 2S–6S LiPo operation and speeds up to 60,000 RPM. Castle’s advanced SMARTSENSE™ technology combines ultra-smooth sensored startups with efficient sensorless operation for maximum performance across all driving conditions.
