The Castle Creations Sidewinder SW4 Waterproof 1/10 ESC/Motor Combo w/1410 (3800kV) is an entry-to-mid level waterproof brushless power system designed for 1/10 scale RC cars such as short course trucks, buggies, stadium trucks, and light monster trucks. It pairs the Sidewinder 4 ESC with a 1410 3800kV motor, delivering strong top-end speed with smooth, reliable throttle response for general bashing and recreational driving.

The ESC uses Castle’s CRYO-DRIVE™ technology to improve efficiency and reduce heat during normal driving conditions, helping maintain longer run times and more consistent performance. It supports 2S–3S LiPo power and includes a waterproof design, making it suitable for wet or dirty environments when properly maintained. The system also features an adjustable brake and drag brake, forward/reverse capability, and simple programming through Castle Link software for tuning settings like throttle response and braking strength.

The included 1410 3800kV motor is optimized for lighter 1/10 scale vehicles (typically up to about 6.5 lbs) and is known for strong acceleration and high RPM performance, especially on 2S setups.
