This product is a 1.9" extra wide dual-stage foam insert designed for 4.75in (110–120mm) RC crawler tires, built to improve tire support and terrain conformity. The outer layer uses soft open-cell foam to allow the tire to flex and conform to rocks and uneven surfaces for maximum grip. The inner layer uses a firmer closed-cell structure that helps maintain sidewall stability and prevents excessive tire collapse under load. This combination provides a balanced feel between traction and support, especially for heavier crawler builds. The extra-wide profile is designed specifically for modern ProBuild and KRAIT wheel systems. Foam density is tuned to support sidehilling performance while maintaining predictable rebound. It is intended for performance crawling where both grip and stability are required.
