BL-2s Brushless Power System
The BL-2s™ brushless system takes performance to the next level, delivering up to 60% more speed and quicker acceleration compared to traditional brushed systems. Designed for maximum efficiency, it features high-speed ball bearings and an internal cooling fan, allowing the Jato 4X4 to keep running battery after battery for non-stop fun. With no brushes to wear out, the BL-2s 3300 Kv motor is built for longevity and requires minimal maintenance.

Equipped with factory-installed Extreme Heavy Duty Upgrade components, the Jato 4X4 boasts the strength and durability of Traxxas' toughest off-road trucks. An ultra-rigid T-Bar enhances the chassis, while Extreme HD shock towers provide solid support for the suspension. Massive Maxx-Duty® driveshafts deliver the motor's full torque to the wheels, ensuring unmatched strength and performance.

Track-Ready Handling

The Jato 4X4 features a low and wide stance, with its weight strategically positioned below the driveshafts for outstanding handling and ideal weight distribution. The extra-long GTR shocks at both the front and rear ensure maximum traction, keeping the new Sledgehammer® buggy tires firmly planted on the ground. For ultra-flat cornering and game-changing performance on the track, add the optional sway bar kit (sold separately).

Clipless Buggy Body

The Jato 4X4 features a sleek, form-fitted clipless body designed to slice through the wind, eliminating the parachuting effect for stable, high-speed performance. Durable clipless side latches secure the body in place while allowing for quick releases, making battery swaps a breeze. The high-downforce wing from the Sledge® is also incorporated to keep the chassis firmly planted, with added rollover protection for extra durability.
