With the EZ-Start system, there’s no need for starter cords or glow starters. Simply insert the EZ-Start into the starter port, press the button, and you’re ready to go—all with just one hand! The Traxxas EZ-Start quickly powers the glow plug and starts the engine in seconds. Featuring exclusive Smart Start™ technology, it monitors key starting functions, automatically detecting and diagnosing any potential issues for smooth, hassle-free engine starts every time. LED indicators provide real-time status updates, even alerting you if the glow plug fails.

2-Amp DC Peak Detecting Fast Charger
The Slayer Pro 4X4 is equipped with a 2-amp peak detecting fast charger for quick and easy charging of the EZ-Start battery. Using a 12-volt DC power outlet, it’s perfect for on-the-go charging in the field. A bright LED indicator keeps you updated on the charging status. This charger is specifically designed for Traxxas Power Cell NiMH battery packs, ensuring a perfect charge every time—just plug in the included Power Cell battery and enjoy reliable performance, run after run.
