Prior to returning any item, please contact New Sun Racing via phone or email for an RMA #. The RMA # must be clearly indicated on the shipping box. Items returned without an RMA # may be refused and/or may result in delays in the returns process. Whether contacting us by email or phone, please provide the following info about your intended return: your Order ID, the item(s) and quantities you would like to return, and a brief explanation of why you are returning the item(s).
Returned merchandise must be in unused condition and in its original packaging. The packaging must also be in resale condition. When packing your order for return, please be sure all the original packing material and instruction papers and/or manuals are included. We will be unable to process your return if parts are missing, or if items are not packed properly to avoid damage. If a returned order originally had free shipping, then we will issue a credit for the order amount minus $7.99 to cover shipping.


1. Products that are unopened within their original packaging will be accepted as a return with a full refund within 30 days.

2.  If you purchase one of our toys as a gift and the recipient isn’t interested in something else we offer, simply ship it back to us unopened and unused and we will exchange you the product you like.

3.  If you receive a product you didn’t order, simply give us a call or email, tape the box back up and return the toy to us. We will send you the right product immediately upon receipt of the wrong one.

4. Any damage caused by shipping will be replaced immediately. Please follow instructions to ensure your purchase is replaced as quickly as possible.


1. Return a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the reasons for the return/exchange.

2. Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.)

3. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

4. The return must be complete and include all accessories (adapter, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)

5. All manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

*Please note that once passed the 30 days satisfaction guarantee period, has the right not to accept any returns/exchanges/report(s) of missing part(s) and the customer is responsible for the return shipping of all items regardless of reason. only accepts manufactured defective items purchased on our website. Any other returns will not be accepted. Please refer to place of purchase.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS – If any items listed above are out of stock (quantity equals zero or less than ordered), they will be shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charge. Pre-order items will ship when they are released.
